Shipping

We offer free delivery within 150 miles of London. For deliveries outside of this area, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your items and delivery distance. You will be invoiced for shipping costs once your order has been confirmed.

Delivery Times

As each piece is handcrafted to order, delivery times will vary. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed. We will keep you informed throughout the production process.

Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at blenheim@classicimpressions.uk with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
